Yiğitalp Sanver’s practice focuses on construction law, contracts law, corporate law and the resolution of disputes via arbitration. His main areas of experience are as follows:
- Advising companies on day-to-day issues related to corporate law;
- Performing due diligence processes, drafting agreements and conducting closing procedures for mergers and acquisitions transactions;
- Advising on roadmaps and preventive measures in disputes arising out of construction agreements;
- Providing legal support in preparing for and conducting arbitration procedures.
